Maiden Business Association is seeking support from local churches, schools, and civic organizations during Merry Maiden Downtown Christmas this year?
Date: December 15th 
Location: Town Hall
Time: 5:30pm - 8:30pm

Can your group help in any of these areas? 
Performances: including performances by children
Selling food: hot dogs, hamburgers or BBQ with fixings and drinks.
Selling other food items: ex baked goods, jelly, salsa, pickles craft goods, or anything else.
Giving away ANYTHING food, drinks candy, gloves, crayons coloring books. 
Hosting a bonfire and s’mores
Hosting a craft table, ex coloring, painting, wood working. 

We have the following already;
Living Word – Hot Beverages, coffee and hot chocolate
Maiden High Beta Club - kids craft 
Maiden High EC class - selling crafts

Requests for Power will not be honored if not requested at the time of this application!
ie: 10x10; 20x10; etc.

ALL Tents/Canopies MUST Be Weighted or Anchored (Fire Marshall Requirement).

Special Requests MUST Be Made At The Time Of Registration. Example: Disabled Vendors Who Need Assistance Setting-Up
